Oak Park Illinois Parks
Welcome to Austin Gardens Park in Oak Park, Illinois. Some of the locals refer to this place as "The Secret Garden." The small park is named for the land's previous owner Henry Austin who generously donated it to the village in 1947.

When visiting any park in Oak Park, Illinois Please respect the rules.
*The following are all prohibted; littering, foul language, abusive behavior, defacing public property, alcoholic beverages, drugs, fireworks, remote control airplanes or cars.
*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Illinois Traffic Laws.
*Skateboards, Bicycles, and Roller-blades are restricted to certain areas.
*Private events, sales, and other such events require special permit.
*The following objects are prohibited in the parks. Remote control airplanes or cars, fireworks, weapons.
*All parks open at 6 a.m. and close at 10 p.m unless otherwise posted.
*All persons 16 years of age or older may not use playground equipment.
*All burning is restricted to picnic grills.
