Community Park at Grande Park

Grande Park is one of the more active parks in Plainfield, Illinois. It's many features include a sand volleyball court, two full basketball courts, a roller-hockey court, a multipurpose field, and picnic shelters.

*Unless otherwise posted, all parks open at sunrise and close at sunset 12 months a year.

*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.

*Fishing is allowed, but catch and release only.

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all traffic laws. 

*Please report any suspicious or illegial activities by dialing 911.

*The following are all prohibited; feeding animals, sexual activity or public nudity, soliciting, panhandling, alcohol, drugs, tobacco. 

*Activities such as swimming and ice-skating are only allowed in designated areas.

*All public gatherings require special permits.
