Persimmon Woods Park and Preserve is a beautiful nature preserve in Saint Charles, Illinois. It has hiking trails for the human visitor and due to it's natural setting makes a nice spot for bird-watching and other wildlife viewing.
When using any Saint Charles Park or recreational facility please respect the following rules.
*Except for those in possession of camping permit, all parks open at 6am and close at 9pm.
*The following activities require special permit; storytelling, poetry reading, public entertainment, motion picture, public speech, march, rally.
*The following are all prohibited; littering, narcotics, alcoholic beverages, removal of plants or wildlife, violent or boisterious behavior, defacing of public property, public nudity, sexual activity.
*All sound devices must be kept at a volume that does not disturb other guests.
*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all traffic laws.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
*Please obey any order given by park staff.
