Welcome to Lindbergh Park in Springfield, Illinois. This urban playground was first established in 1991 and is named after world famous Pilot Charles Lindbergh who became the first man in history to do a solo trans-Atlantic flight. He flew from New York City to Paris in his Spirit of Saint Louis airplane and made history.
