Welcome to Andrew Ramsey Park located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This small urban playground is named for Andrew Ramsey, an African American who moved to Indianapolis in 1919 after graduating from Butler University. Ramsey taught high school for several years and participated in many community events that helped to better the societies of both the City of Indianapolis and the United States. Today this park boasts a picnic shelter, a sprayground, a playground, and more. Come out and have fun!
