Welcome to JTV Hill Park located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This urban park was named after the first African American lawyer to practice law in the region, James Thomas Vastine Hill. Hill eventually became a prosecutor for Marion County. The park was first established in 1961 and in 1997 it underwent many renovations that have improved it's basketball courts, soccer fields, softball fields, playground, and picnic shelter. So come on out and shoot some hoops, bring the kids, bring lunch, have some fun!

When visiting any park owned by the City of Indianapolis please respect the rules.
1. Unless otherwise posted all parks close at sunset and open at sunrise.
2. All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
3. All burning is restricted to picnic grills.
4. All Vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Indiana traffic laws.
5. Possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages requires special permit.
6. All cyclists must stay in designated areas.
7. All sales and soliciations require special permit.
