Welcome to Seminary Park located in downtown Noblesville, Indiana. This small urban park was first established in 1983 and is a popular location for weddings concerts, and other local events including the Shakespear in the Park festival. Some of the amenities including open green space, a playground for the kids, and a beautiful gazebo.

Noblesville Park Rules
*Alcohol is allowed inside Noblesville's Parks however you must file liability and insurance documents with the Park's board if you plan on serving alcohol at any party you are hosting on park property.
*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 5am and close at 11pm.
*The James Dillon Spray Pool operates from Memorial Day until the end of September and does not charge entry fees.
*the following are all prohibited; fireworks, nudity, sexual activity, loud music, foul language, disturbing of wildlife.
*All picnic facilities can be reserved for a fee.
Trail Rules
*No motorized vehicles are allowed on any park trail.
*Bicycles must yield to inline skaters.
*Both inline skaters and cyclists must yield to skateboarders.
*Skateboarders, cyclists, and inline skaters must all yield to runners.
*Everyone must yield to pedestrians.
Animals
*Animals are allowed but must be leashed and waste removed.
*No pets of any kind allowed on playgrounds or playing fields.
Fires:
*Burning may only take place in designated charcoal grills. Absolutely no bonfires.
Camping:
*Camping is only allowed in the parks by special permit.
