Welcome to Pratt Sandhills State Wildlife Area located in southern Kansas not far from the town of Pratt. The State of Kansas first purchased this land in 1969 from the Tatlock Family and today it is a sandhill prairie oasis that gives habitat to numerous wild creatures including rabbits, coyotes, deer, quails, and many others. This land is open to hunting during the right season.
