Welcome to O.J. Watson Park in Wichita, Kansas. This park was established in 1965 and named for a man who once served as the park board president. Fishing at the park's 40 acre lake requires a fishing license. The park sells bait and rents out paddleboats. Children will love the park's playground as well as miniature golf course, miniature train ride and ponies. The park's volleyball courts are sand courts.

Wichita Park Rules
*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at midnight.
*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, weapons, fireworks, littering, gambling, hunting, harming wild animals.
*The following require special permits; sales, parades, overnight camping, amplified sound, landing of hang-gliders, hot air balloons or skydivers.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, fishing, motor vehicles, organized athletic play, horseback riding, swimming, golfing, bicycles, flying remote control aircraft, archery.
*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
*All persons aged 14 and up are prohibited from using the playground.
