Rainsford Island Park
Rainsford Island Park is a small 11 acre island that is located in the Boston Harbor. In 1636 it was given to a man named Edward Rainsford to be used for agricultural purposes. Other uses it had included being a hospital as well as a quarantine zone. Today it is a beautiful city park that can only be accessed via watercraft.
