Welcome to Chandler Hovey Park located in Marblehead, Massachusetts. This land was once owned by the United States Government but was purchased by a man named Chandler Hovey in 1948 who generously donated it to the City of Marblehead.

When visiting any park in Marblehead, Massachusetts please be respectful of the rules.
*The following activities require special permit from the parks board, playing of bands, consumption of alcoholic beverages, all sales and solicitations, golfing, posting of flyers.
*Nude sunbathing is not allowed.
*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey 10 m.p.h. speed limit and all State of Massachusetts traffic laws.
*Please respect all park property including fences, trees, benches, athletic facilities, etc.
*Please obey any command given by any law enforcement official.
