Welcome to Battle Acre Park in Dundalk, Maryland. This park was first established in 1839 in honor of the War of 1812 Veterans who fought in the September 12, 1814 Battle of North Point where the Maryland Militia engaged with the British Army. The park's monument was built on the Centennial of the Battle.
