Welcome to Lakeside Park located on the shores of Lake Huron in Port Huron, Michigan near the Lakeside Cemetery. This beautiful park boasts over 1,000 feet of sandy beaches and is a popular beach volleyball and swimming destination in the summertime. There are no lifeguards on duty so please swim at your own risk. There are also restrooms, playgrounds, and picnic tables.
Port Huron Park Rules
For your safety and the safety of others the City of Port Huron has passed some laws regulating behavior in their parks.
*NO LITTERING! Please place all trash in proper containers.
*NO VANDALISM! Please respect all park property including bridges, playgrounds, buildings, trees, fountains, etc.
*Except during special events in Lincoln Park and Pine Grove Park or on city owned property north of the Black River between 7th Street Bridge and the St. Clair River between noon and 11pm. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. All State of Michigan liquor laws apply.
*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Michigan traffic laws.
*Overnight camping is prohibited.
