Frogtown Park was first established in late 2013 in one of the most park deprived neighborhoods in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Part of the land will still be used as a small operating farm and another part will be for green space preservation.
Saint Paul Park Ordinances
*All parks open at dawn and close at 11:00 p.m.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; skating, swimming, motor vehicles, bicycles, picnic grilling, fishing, golfing, boating.
*The following are prohibited; tossing coins into fountains, defacing public property, littering, digging, glass objects.
*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
