Phalen Regional Park

Welcome to the great Phalen Regional Park located on the shores of Lake Phalen, one of the biggest lakes in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This is one of the city's most popular recreation area at nearly 500 acres in size. Golfers will love the 18 hole par 70 course and the park even has classes for both swimming and sailing. The picnic areas have grills. Come out and play a little beach volleyball or cool down in the lake on hot summer days.

Saint Paul Park Ordinances

*All parks open at dawn and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; skating, swimming, motor vehicles, bicycles, picnic grilling, fishing, golfing, boating.

*The following are prohibited; tossing coins into fountains, defacing public property, littering, digging, glass objects.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
