Ferguson Park Rules

For your safety and the safety of others the City of Ferguson has passed some laws regulating behavior in their parks.

*The following are all prohibited; flying remote control aircraft, golfing, littering, soliciting, defacing public property, removing plants or animals.

*All burning is restricted to grills.

*Except in certain portions of January-Wabash Memorial Park, consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

*All children ages six are prohibited from entering restrooms designated for the opposite sex.

*All parks open at 6am and close at 11pm.

*Skateboards are prohibited.
