Welcome to Settle's Ford Conservation Area located on the banks of the Grand River in Garden City, Missouri. This large forest preserve is about 4,200 acres of uplands and about 3,100 acres of bottomlands. The Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act helped the State of Missouri purchase this land. Many hunters come here for deer, dove, quail, rabbit, squirrel and wild turkey and many anglers come for bass, catfish, crappie, and sunfish.
