Welcome to Star School Hill Prairie Conservation Area located in Rock Port, Missouri in Atchison County. The State of Missouri purchased the first parcel of land (129 acres) in 1989 and the second parcel (160 acres) in 1994. This preserve has many loess hills that were formed by westerly winds during the last glacial period. Many Hunters come to Star School Hill Prairie Conservation Area for deer, squirrel, and wild turkey.
