Welcome to Lincoln Park in Helena, Montana. The basketball court at this park is lighted so people can play at night. This park is named for the 16th President of the United States who was born in a log cabin in Kentucky on February 12, 1809, had a successful career as a lawyer before becoming President and ending slavery and leading the nation through the Civil War.

Helena Park Rules
For your safety and the safety of others the City of Helena has passed some laws regulating behavior in their parks.
*Overnight camping is not permitted in any park with out the special permission of the park's director.
*All burning is restricted to grills only.
*Unless given special permission, gathering firewood, hunting, and trapping are prohibited.
*Golf and archery are prohibited as is the throwing of dangerous projectiles.
*All tennis courts are designated for the game of tennis only. Proper shoes must be worn and hanging on the nets is prohibited.
*Using the public parks is a priviledge, if a person has had that priviledge suspended then he/she may not enter the parks.
Please treat these rules and the parks with respect. Come on out and have a blast!
