Welcome to Country Park, a National Historic Landmark that was first established in 1934 in Greensboro, North Carolina. The park's fishing pier, playground, picnic shelter #9, and restrooms are all ADA accessible.
Picnicking: Country Park has several picnic shelters that range in seating capacity from as low as 20 people to as high as 150 people. All of the shelters have grills so people can cook meats.
Jaycee Park is included in this park's profile as is the Lewis Recreation Center.

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of North Carolina traffic laws.
*All cyclists must stay on designated trails and must wear helmets.
*Any advertising or conducting of sales requires special permit.
*The following are prohibited, weapons, alcoholic beverages, remote control toys, skateboards, rollerblades, littering, harrassing of park wildlife, damaging public property.
*All animals must be leashed and waste moreved.
*All registered sex offenders are prohibited on park grounds.
*All burning is restricted to picnic grills. All parties 20 people and more must pay for picnic shelter.
*All persons ages 13 and up may not fish in the park waterways without special permission.
