Wilmington North Carolina Park Ordinances
*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at dawn and close at dusk.
*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, smoking or vaping, weapons.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles, organized athletic play, swimming.
*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
*Overnight camping requires special permit.
*All skate park users must wear proper helmets and pads.
