Welcome to Tatum Park, an oasis of rolling hills, open fields, and forests.
Park History: The land that is now Tatum Park was once owned by the family of a New York businessman named Charles Tatum. Tatum's company made many glass objects including bottles, laboratory glassware, and paperweights. In 1973 the Tatum family generously donated 73 acres of land to Monmouth County for a park. Over the years the Land and Water Conservation Fund and the New Jersey Conservation Foundation have helped fund the acquisition of additional lands. This park is home to the Holland Activity Center which hosts numerous sports and fitness classes and other programs and is available for rental. This park is also home to the Red Hill Activity Center which boasts many activities for small kids.
For the lover of the outdoors this park boasts over six miles of multipurpose trails and so much more. Come on out and explore!
