Passaic New Jersey Park Ordinances

*From May to September all parks close at 10:00 p.m.. All other times of the year the parks close at sunset. They open at dawn year round.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages (except during special events), defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
