Welcome to Biertuempfel Park in Union, New Jersey. All of the athletic facilities are lighted except for the basketball court. Some of them may require a special permit to use.

Union New Jersey Park Ordinances

*Parks are for local residents only, all guests must be accompanied by a resident.

*The following are prohibited; advertising, alcohol, defacing public property, digging, gambling, harming wildlife, littering,  weapons.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles, picnicking.

*All persons ages 5 and up must use the restroom of their designated sex.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet and waste removed).

*All sales require special permit.
