Welcome to Lt. Frank McConnell Park in Queens, New York. This park is name for the first Richmond Hill resident who died while serving in WWI. He fell in battle in France on July 26, 1918.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; alcoholic beverages, bicycles, fires, fishing, horseback riding, motor vehicles, swimming.
*The following require special permits; camping, sales.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
