James Pass Arboretum is a beautiful natural park in Syracuse, New York. This land was generously donated by the widow of James Pass Adelaide Pass on Arbor Day in 1925.

Syracuse New York Park Ordinances
*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at dawn year round and close at 9:00 p.m. from October 1-April 30 and close at 10 p.m. at all other times of the year.
*The following are prohibited; alcohol, defacing public property, glass objects, harming wildlife, littering.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles, skating, skiing, sledding.
*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
