Welcome to Deaf School Park (AKA Topiary Garden) in Columbus, Ohio. In the late 19th century this park was the campus of a local school for the deaf. The Topiary Garden is actually a living recreation of Georges Seurat's post impressionist painting "A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of LaGrande Jatte."
When visiting any park in Columbus, Ohio please respect the rules.
*All parks open at 7 a.m. and close at 11 p.m.
*The following activities require special permits; camping, sales and solicitations, posting of signs, scuba diving.
*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, alcoholic beverages, littering.
*The following activities are only allowed in designated areas; fishing, picnic grilling, swimming, golfing, operating remote controlled cars, watercraft, or aircraft, ice-skating, motor vehicles.
