Welcome to Council Crest Park in Portland, Oregon. This park was first established in 1937 is home to the highest natural point in the Portland City limits, 1073 feet above sea level where one can get a great view of the city as well as 5 cascade peaks, Mount Hood, Mount Saint Helens, Mount Adams, Mount Jefferson, and Mount Rainier.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages (except during special occasions under specific circumstances), defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, tobacco products, weapons.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; archery, bathing, fires, fishing, golfing, motor vehicles, remote control aircraft, swimming.
*The following require special permits; sales, setting off fireworks.
*Please try to use the restrooms for all purposes of urination or defacation.
*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
