Welcome to Foster Floodplain Natural Area located on the banks of Johnson Creek in Portland Oregon. What was once a flood prone neighborhood has returned to a state of nature. Come out and explore the trails.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks close at 12:01 a.m. and open at 5:00 a.m.
*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages (except during special occasions under specific circumstances), defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, tobacco products, weapons.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; archery, bathing, fires, fishing, golfing, motor vehicles, remote control aircraft, swimming.
*The following require special permits; sales, setting off fireworks.
*Please try to use the restrooms for all purposes of urination or defacation.
*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
Please respect these rules, the parks, and all local, State of Oregon, and United States statutes.
