Welcome to Holladay Park in Portland, Oregon. This park was first established in 1870 and was named for Benjamin Holladay who altough was famous for being a dishonest man, moved to Portland and started his own railroad and made enough money to purchase several mansions in the region. Come out and cool down at the water playground on a hot summer day.

*All parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at midnight.
*The following are prohibited; littering, defacing public property, illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, weapons, fireworks.
*The following require special permits; sales.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas, fishing, motor vehicles, fires, golfing, archery, remote control vehicles.
*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
