Welcome to Keller Fountain Park in Portland, Oregon. This park was first established in 1968. 13,000 gallons of water flow through this beautiful fountain each minute. The fountain was named for the first director of the Portland Development Commission Ira Keller.

*All parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at midnight.
*The following are prohibited; littering, defacing public property, illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, weapons, fireworks.
*The following require special permits; sales.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas, fishing, motor vehicles, fires, golfing, archery, remote control vehicles.
*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
