Welcome to Kelly Butte Natural Area in Portland, Oregon. This park was first established in 1954 and was named after Clinton Kelly, the man who once owned the land. Come out and explore the trails.

Portland Oregon Park Ordinances
*All parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at midnight.
*The following are prohibited; littering, defacing public property, illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, weapons, fireworks.
*The following require special permits; sales.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas, fishing, motor vehicles, fires, golfing, archery, remote control vehicles.
*All animals must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
