Welcome to Lair Hill Park in Portland Oregon. This park was first established in 1927 and was name for the man who once owned the land, William Lair Hill, an attorney who codified many state laws in the 1880's. This park contains two historic buildings, a statue, a lighted tennis court, an ADA accessible playground, and more.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages (except during special occasions under specific circumstances), defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering, tobacco products, weapons.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; archery, bathing, fires, fishing, golfing, motor vehicles, remote control aircraft, swimming.
*The following require special permits; sales, setting off fireworks.
*Please try to use the restrooms for all purposes of urination or defacation.
*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 8 feet) and waste removed.
