Welcome to Blackstone Memorial Park in Cumberland, Rhode Island. This park is named for William Blackstone who was Rhode Islands first caucasian resident as well as the man who founded the City of Boston, Massachusetts.

Cumberland Rhode Island Park Ordinances
*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 9:00 p.m.
*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.
*All Animals must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
