Welcome to South Carolina's beautiful Myrtle Beach State Park, located in the heart of one of the most popular beach resorts in the United States. First established in 1935, Myrtle Beach State Park receives hundreds of thousands of visitors annually and helps protect stands of oceanfront maritime forests in the State of South Carolina. Like a lot of the other State Parks and National Parks around the country, the Civilian Conservation Corps helped build many of Myrtle Beach State Park's amenities which include a fishing pier, over 300 campsites, a playground for the kids, and much more. Come on out and explore.

Camping: Of the more than 300 campsites at Myrtle Beach State Park 66 of them have full hookups for electricity, water, and sewer. Many of the campsites even have wifi. Come out and stay a few nights.
