Welcome to Bristol's Steel Creek Park. Though managed by the City of Bristol this land is actually is owned by the State of Tennessee and was initially supposed to be a state park but in 1961 a centural long lease was negotiated and three years later a grand regional park first opened it's gates to the public. The present day lodge and picnic shelters have been around since day one. The picnic shelters all have grills so bring some meats for cooking. There is also a small train to be ridden, a sand volleyball court, and much more.

To reserve one of the facilities please call 423-764-4023.

This was RecPlanet place of the day on March 5, 2017.
