Welcome to Tennessee's Big Cypress Tree State Park located near Greenfield. This park was once home to the largest cypress tree in the United States but it was struck by lightning and killed in 1976. At the time it was over 1,350 years of age. Come out and explore the boardwalk trails or enjoy some great bird-watching opportunities. The picnic area has grills so bring some meats for cooking.
