Welcome to Tennessee's magnificent Rock Island State Park located in the Caney Fork Gorge. This park was first established in 1969 and some of it's more unique features are a 30 foot waterfall as well as the remains of a 19th century mill. Kayakers from around the world come to try out this park's rapids. All of the picnic areas have grills. Please use caution when swimming because the water levels below the dam rise and fall.
