This National Park highlights the story of Reconstruction – giving insight into Corinth
during post-Civil War Reconstruction. A must-see for military history buffs, this tranquil
Park provides an insight into the Civil War era. Get a look at the cemeteries, churches,
and multitude of educational monuments. There’s even an app on the Apple App Store
that provides an audio tour when going through the Park! Be sure to download the audio
beforehand since cell phone service isn’t perfect.
Between the informational plaques, the extensive visitor’s center, and bookstore, there’s
plenty to do when you visit this Historical Military Park. The visitor’s center includes
exhibits, educational material, and an interpretive film! Please note that it’s free to enter
– make sure to bring your walking shoes and notepad!
To contact the park office please call 731-689-5696.
