Welcome to what is considered one of the best places for hunting and for fishing in the United States, Tennessee's Reelfoot Lake State Park. Formed by severe earthquakes in the early 19th century, Reelfoot Lake helps protect a habitat of partially submerged wetland forests located in the path of the Mississippi Flyway. Some of the wild animals that take refuge inside this park include geese, bald eagles, white-tailed deer, raccoons, and snapping turltes. Please treat their home with respect. Aside from being a hunter's and fisherman's paradise Reelfoot Lake State Park boasts 100 campsites, miles of hiking trails, and much more. Come on out and explore.
