Billy Rogers Arroyo Park is a community park in El Paso, Texas. All of the park's tennis courts are lighted so people can play at night.

When visiting any park in the city of El Paso please respect the following rules.

*All parks open at 6am and close at 10pm.

*No littering. Please place all trash in proper receptacles.

*All glass objects are prohibited.

*Alcholic beverages are not allowed in the city parks.

*The following activities require special permit; Sales of any kind, public announcements.

*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas.

*Camping is not allowed in any city park.

*Please respect all city property.

*Use of all projectiles is disallowed this includes but is not limited to; golf balls, bullets, rocks, etc.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.

*Please respect these rules as well as all State of Texas and United States statutes. Come out and have fun.
