Carolina Park's Skate Park is lighted so people can continue to skate after sundown. The basketball court is a full court and is also lighted.

When Visiting any park in the City of El Paso please respect the following rules.

*All parks open at 6am and close at 10pm. *The following are all prohibited; defacing of public property, alcoholic beverages, glass objects, littering, camping.

*The following activities require special permit; Sales of any kind, public announcements.

*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas.

*Use of all projectiles is disallowed this includes but is not limited to; golf balls, bullets, rocks, etc.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
