Welcome to Frankie Carter Randolph Park in Friendswood, Texas on the banks of Clear Creek. Frankie Randolph Carter was an active member in her community and was born in 1894 and died in 1972.
When visiting any park in Harris County Texas please be respectful of the rules.

*The following activities require special permit from the park's director; sales, posting of ads, events such as rock concerts, political campaigns, or any event involving amplified sound.
*The following activities must be done in designated areas; golfing, flying remote control aircraft.
*Only law enforcement officers and those with concealed weapons permits may carry weapons. However at all sporting events weapons are prohibited.
*Please respect all plants and animals in the parks.
*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Texas traffic laws.
