Finnigan Park is an active Houston community park that is named after the woman who so generously gave this land to Harris County, Annette Finnigan. At the time it was established, Houston's parks were still racially segregated and this particular one was only for African Americans, but today it is open for everybody. All of it's athletic facilities have lights for night games.
