Welcome to Bates M. Allen Park, a Fort Bend County Park located in Kendleton, Texas. This large community park helps protect forest and wetland habitat for animals such as snapping turtles, frogs, crows, grey squirrels, raccoons, red-tailed hawks, blue herons, ducks, white-tailed deer, and many others. For the human visitor there are two picnic shelters, walking trails, a sand volleyball court, a playground for the kids, a fishing pier, and more. One can enjoy this park in the spring and summer from 7am until 8pm and from 7am to 6pm in the fall and winter. Come out and explore!
