Hood Park is a community park in Lubbock, Texas located just south of downtown. It boasts two lighted softball fields, four lighted tennis courts, and two lighted sand volleyball courts.

*All parks open at 5 a.m. and close at midnight.
*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
*The following are prohibited in all city parks; swimming, golfing, overnight camping, horseback riding, metal detecting, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, littering, harming plants or animals.
*Please respect all park property including buildings, athletic facilities, benches, trees, bushes, etc.
*Official practice on all athletic fields requires prior reservation.
*All fishermen must have Texas State fishing license.
*All burning is restricted to picnic grills.
*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Texas traffic laws.
