Welcome to O.P Schnabel Park in San Antonio, Texas. This park was first established in 1964 and was known for many years as Bandera Road Park before being renamed for an active local citizen in 1977. Mr. Schnabel advocated for keeping San Antonio clean and beautiful. All of the athletic fields are lighted so people can play at night.

San Antonio Park Ordinances

*All parks open at 5 a.m. and close at 11 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; overnight camping, metal detecting, littering, defacing public property.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; swimming, picnic grilling, consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Please respect these and all local, State of Texas, and United States statutes.
