The Green River starts in Wyoming and floats for 291 miles before crossing into Colorado where she runs for a short 41 miles and then crosses into Utah and flows for 397 miles and meets the Colorado River at Lake Powell. Green River State Park is a very popular runner's destination and is the starting point for the 186 mile rafting journey through the Stillwater and Labrynth Canyons.
