Welcome to the largest island in Utah's magnificent Great Salt Lake, Antelope Island State Park. Antelope Island State Park was established in 1969. The island is 15 miles long and 7 miles wide at it's widest point and ranges in elevation from 4,200 feet along the lake shore and 6,596 feet at the highest point. This island boasts some of the youngest and well as some of the oldest known rocks in the State of Utah.
Wildlife: Antelope Island State Park helps protect the home of numerous wild critters including over 500 bison, bighorn sheep, mule deer, and coyotes. Please treat their home with respect.
For the lover of the outdoors this park boasts miles of multipurpose trails, breathtaking scenery, and so much more. Come on out and explore!
