Charlottesville Virginia Parks

Welcome to Jackson Park located in downtown Charlottesville, Virginia. Like Lee Park, Washington Park, and McIntire Park, this land was once owned by Paul McIntire. He donated it to the City of Charlottesville in 1921 and the park is named for Thomas Stonewall Jackson, of whom there is a statue in the park. Many people come out to this park to see it's beautiful gardens.
